Certified. Trusted.
Backed by Industry Leaders.

We don’t just talk the talk—we’re recognised by the top professional bodies in the industry. Our accreditation through AUSactive and Pilates Aotearoa means we’re committed to safe, effective, evidence-based training. It’s your peace of mind that you’re working with qualified pros who know their stuff (and genuinely care about how your body moves).

Are you an RTO? How are you even accredited — and what does that actually mean?

Short answer: Nope, we’re not an RTO — and that’s a good thing.

Longer answer: The Pilates industry in Australia (and most of the world, honestly) is not formally regulated. That means technically, anyone could create a training course and call it a certification — scary, we know. There’s no central government body overseeing quality, safety, or legitimacy across the board.

That’s why accreditation through respected third-party organisations matters — and why we’ve chosen to hold ourselves to a higher standard.

Train Me Education is recognised and approved by AUSactive (Australia’s peak body for health and exercise professionals) and Pilates Aotearoa (a trusted Pilates body based in New Zealand). These approvals aren’t automatic — we’ve chosen to go through their assessment processes because we believe in quality, accountability, and raising the bar in Pilates education.

Our courses have been created by registered allied health professionals (including a qualified physiotherapist), experienced educators and instructors who have walked the walk.

We don’t have to do any of this — but we choose to. Because we believe this industry deserves better.

The Pilates world needs more structure, more credibility, and more responsibility — not less. And until full regulation is in place, it’s up to educators like us to lead that charge and help future instructors (like you) know they’re learning from a trusted source.

✅ AUSactive Registered Business

AUSactive is the national peak body for Australia’s health and fitness industry, and being an AUSactive Registered Business means we play by the rules — the good ones. It ensures our studio operates to the highest standards when it comes to safety, professionalism, and ongoing education.

    • We’re fully insured (yep, public liability and professional indemnity)

    • We follow strong safety and risk management protocols

    • We’re committed to ongoing professional development

    • We meet the national code of practice for fitness professionals

  • To keep our AUSactive registration active, we need to earn CEC points — short for Continuing Education Credits. That means we’re not just coasting on old knowledge; we’re regularly upskilling through accredited courses, workshops, and training that keep us sharp, current, and science-informed.

Every two years, we’re required to:

    • Earn a minimum number of CEC points (20 every 2 years per trainer)

    • Choose from AUSactive-approved education providers

    • Stay up to date with the latest research, techniques, and safety practices

It’s how we make sure we’re always giving you the best of what’s out there — not outdated fluff.
