Train Me Education was built for one reason: to raise the standard of our industry by backing the people who actually make it… the trainers and studio owners on the ground, doing the work.
I’m Annie, the creator of TME. After years in the studio world, from running my own boutique reformer space to managing teams, mentoring instructors and navigating the messy, unspoken, “figure-it-out-yourself” realities of this industry, I saw the same gap everywhere.
We’re taught what’s universally labelled ‘the foundations’ when we start. But everything we’re expected to know afterward? The real-world judgement calls, the communication skills, safe and progressive programming, client management, industry expectations, professional boundaries, how to be employable, how to be irreplaceable, and how to actually grow in this career? Most instructors are left to self-teach that part. Studio owners are left to clean up the confusion. The industry stays stuck in the same loop.
Train Me Education was created to break that loop.
TME exists to bridge the space between qualification and confidence. Between “you’ve passed” and “you’re genuinely ready.” Between the textbook and the studio floor.

I’ve taken everything I’ve learned from years of hands-on studio work, programming, coaching, hiring, managing and building community, and shaped it into a certification pathway that actually reflects the demands of the job. Not the vibe of the moment. Not to mention in input from countless Studio Owners & Industry Professionals along the way.
