All course materials, discussions, videos, presentations, and any other content provided by TME are proprietary. You may only use this content for your personal development and education. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
Recordings
Recordings of TME courses are only allowed if agreed to in writing by TME. Recordings must not be shared beyond the agreed limits. Unauthorised use or distribution is prohibited.
Confidentiality
You must keep all proprietary information confidential and not disclose it to anyone outside the course for any reason other than your personal learning.
Liability Disclaimer
TME, its owners, and staff are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in courses or application of course content. You are responsible for your own actions and outcomes when applying learned techniques.
Intellectual Property and Non-Compete
All TME content is protected intellectual property. You may not create, produce, or sell similar courses, workshops, or materials within 12 months of your purchase without written consent. Violations may result in legal action.
Withdrawals, Refunds, Deferrals, Digital Options, and Extensions
No Refunds: All course fees are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including change of mind, personal circumstances, medical issues, or feeling overwhelmed by course intensity.
Deferrals: Deferrals to future intakes may be considered at TME’s discretion. If approved, your place in the current intake will be forfeited.
Digital Option: If you cannot attend in-person course days, TME may provide access to the equivalent content via TME.Digital. This is at TME’s discretion and does not replace the obligation to complete all course requirements.
Extensions: Extensions for submissions, practical requirements, or course completion can only be granted with prior written approval from TME administration.
Termination of Enrolment
TME may terminate your enrollment at any time, at its sole discretion, without refund or compensation. This includes breaches of policies, disruptive conduct, or failure to meet course requirements.
Medical Circumstances
Medical issues, including illness or injury, do not automatically entitle participants to refunds. Alternative options such as digital learning or deferral may be offered at TME’s discretion.
Course Intensity and Commitment
Courses may be intensive. Feeling overwhelmed or underestimating the time and effort required does not entitle participants to refunds, deferrals, or extensions unless specifically approved by TME administration.
Access Limitations
Course access may be limited in duration and may be terminated if TME discontinues operations.
IP Address Policy
Online course links are valid for a single IP address. Sharing links or accessing from multiple IP addresses is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Late Submission Fees
Late submissions incur fees: $50 for the first 24 hours late, plus $15 per day thereafter. Fees must be paid before certification can be awarded.
Makeup Sessions
If you miss in-person course days, you may:
Catch up via TME.Digital, or
Organise a makeup session with your Educator at $400 AUD per 3 hours.
Submission Attempts and 1:1 Intensives
You have up to 3 attempts per submission. Four or more attempts require a 2-hour 1:1 intensive with the head educator at $300 AUD to review feedback and help achieve a passing grade.
Required Submissions
All theory, quizzes, practical work, and apprentice hours must be completed to pass the course and receive certification.
No Guarantee of Certification
Completion of the course does not guarantee certification. Additional 1:1 sessions beyond final submissions are at TME’s discretion.
Legal Consequences
Violating these terms, including unauthorized sharing of content, may result in legal action.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TME operates. Any disputes will be resolved in those courts.
