The strongest foundation in Pilates
Mat is where every great instructor starts. You'll master bodyweight programming, cueing and the classical and functional repertoire, no equipment required, so you can teach almost anywhere: studios, gyms, community and online. It's the most flexible way into the industry, and the base every other skill builds on.
