With a background in physiotherapy and extensive experience in women's health, Kira-Leigh is dedicated to empowering clients through personalized care. Her expertise lies in tailoring programs that combine traditional Pilates methods with functional training elements, aiming to enhance strength, flexibility, and pelvic health.

As the Co-Owner and Head Educator for New South Wales at Train Me, Kira-Leigh is committed to advancing the Pilates industry by mentoring and developing future trainers. Her passion for education ensures that trainers are well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of clients, fostering a community of knowledgeable professionals dedicated to promoting health and wellness.

Anthea Counsel

Annie is the Owner of Street Pilates in Bayside, Melbourne - a Strength Based Reformer Training Studio. Where she takes an intimate approach to her clients training, with a focus on progress and building overall strength through the combination of Traditional Pilates Training & Functional Training Elements.

Her approach to training is simple, ensuring her clients are always moving with purpose and getting every last drop out of their sessions. With a background in Sports Coaching, personal interest in Gym Training & Pilates Training Mentor Programs - she is well equipped to help you overtake any hurdle you might face in your pilates certification!

As the Co-Founder of Train Me and Head Educator for Victoria, she has a strong passion for developing the next generation of Trainers to hit the Pilates Industry!

    • Mat Submission 1 - Write 1 x 45-50 minute Session Plan + Film yourself teaching this plan to a minimum of 2 participants

    • Mat Final Submission - Write 1 x 45-50 minute Session Plan + Film yourself teaching this plan to a minimum of 4 participants making appropriate modifications for Pregnancy and Injury provided by your Educator

    • Reformer Submission 1 - Write 1 x 45-50 minute Session Plan + Film yourself teaching this plan to a minimum of 2 participants

    • Reformer Final Submission - Write 1 x 45-50 minute Session Plan + Film yourself teaching this plan to a minimum of 4 participants making appropriate modifications for Pregnancy and Injury provided by your Educator

    • Spot Testing and Mini Flows may be asked of you during your Face-to-Face Days by your Head Educator

    • Submission 1 is due 2 weeks from your Final Face-to-Face Day for that Modality

    • Final Submissions are due 6 weeks from your Final Face-to-Face Day for that Modality

    • 15 Hours Self Practice per Modality (depending on intake)

    • 10 Hours Observation of Qualified Instructors in a Studio Environment

    • 15 Hours Self Mastery per Modality (depending on intake)

    • The Apprentice Hour Logbook will be due 12 weeks from your first Face-To-Face Day

    • You can start collecting these hours from the Day of Sign Up

  • That’s totally fine, you’ll be given a link to book into your Make Up Session with your Head Educator.
    Session Structure & Cost:

    • 1 x Full Missed Face-To-Face Day = 2 Hours 1:1 Intensive

    • Leaving Early or Arriving Late to a Face-To-Face Day = 1 Hour 1:1 Intensive

    • The Cost is $150.00 per hour

    • Payments must be made in full upon time of booking, bookings will be available depending on your Head Educators Availability

  • Yes, you have 10 online Modules to complete and we have allocated roughly 1 week per module. They can be done faster if the time allows.

    • Online Access will be revoked 12 Weeks from your first Face-to-Face Day

    • Each Module may come with an attached quiz which needs to be completed to move onto the next Module

  • All you’ll need to do before your Face-To-Face day is:

    • Complete Modules 1 & 2 on our Online Portal

    • Arrange your Manuals (either print yourself or purchase hard copies as an add on)

  • If you’ve selected a Payment Plan, they will begin from your date of purchase.
