From January 2027, you hold your spot before an intake is confirmed, and payment plans move to weekly. Here is exactly how it works and what it costs.

How It Works

Securing Your Spot,
Step By Step

We cap every intake at twelve and only run it with at least six. This process means you can hold your place early without risking money on an intake that may not go ahead.

Hold Your Spot

Pay $49.95 to secure one of the twelve places. This is a holding fee, not an enrolment, and it comes straight off your certification total later.

We Confirm The Intake

Once six people have held a spot, the intake is locked in and we let you know. You do not pay anything further until that happens.

You Enrol

Choose to pay up front, or put down a $1,000 deposit and pay the rest weekly. Your $49.95 is credited either way.

Or You Get It Back

If the intake does not reach six and we cannot run it, your $49.95 is refunded in full. No conditions, no admin fee.

Why We Changed It

Our intakes fill fast and we cap them at twelve so every student gets real time with their educator. Previously that meant paying in full to hold a place on an intake that had not been confirmed yet.

Now you hold your spot for the price of a couple of coffees, and you only commit properly once we have told you the intake is definitely running.
