    Em began her movement journey as a dancer, where she developed a deep appreciation for mind-body connection and the power of movement. In 2020, she transitioned into Pilates and quickly built a rewarding career as an instructor.

    Over the past four years, Em has taught in some of Perth’s most well-known studios, created online Pilates content, led international retreats, and spent time living in Indonesia, where she taught people from all over the world. These diverse experiences have shaped her teaching style and deepened her passion for sharing the practice.

    Now, her focus is on training and mentoring the next generation of Pilates instructors. She’s passionate about helping aspiring teachers build confidence, develop job-ready skills, and lead dynamic, empowering classes. With a strong emphasis on practical education, Em provides ongoing support to help instructors grow both personally and professionally.

    Demi is the owner of Carve Studio, a strength-focused reformer Pilates studio in Christchurch, New Zealand. Demi’s classes include strength training principles on the reformer as well as elements of the muscular endurance Pilates burn you know and love. She puts a strong emphasis on ‘the why’, focusing on purpose-driven, evidence-based programming and a client-centric approach.

    With a background in marketing and advertising, Demi spent nearly a decade in the corporate world before transitioning to full-time teaching and studio ownership. Her journey is proof that it's possible to leave the 9-to-5 behind and turn a Pilates passion into a thriving career.

    Ana is the powerhouse behind purposeful Pilates at TME. Where intention always beats trend and strength is built from the inside out. As our VIC Mat Educator and resident Mat Specialist, she brings years of movement experience, an eye for fundamentals, and a no‑nonsense approach that prepares instructors for the real world of teaching — not just pretty sequences.

    Ana doesn’t just teach technique; she fosters confidence, clarity and coaching skills that hold up under pressure and evolve with your career. Her classes and education modules are grounded in precision, purpose and progress — helping every student unlock strength with intentional movement and grounded coaching.

    Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining your instruction style, Ana’s guidance bridges the gap between curiosity and capability.

    Laura Cruden - South West WA

    With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Laura brings an infectious passion for movement and an impressive breadth of knowledge to every training session. Her love of movement began in primary school and has never faded—having explored everything from athletics, gymnastics and rugby league to step, boxing, spin, and yoga. But it was Pilates that truly captured her heart as a teenager, offering a unique burn, shake, and mind-body connection she hadn’t experienced anywhere else.

    After a career in the corporate world, Laura followed her calling and has since built a thriving career in health and fitness. Her qualifications include, Cert III & IV in Fitness, Cert III & IV in Pilates, Diploma of Pilates, 500+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training, Pre & Postnatal Pilates, Barre Attack Certification and a Certified Spin Instructor!

    Laura has owned and operated studios in both Sydney and Western Australia over the past 9 years and is known for her strong, supportive, and empowering teaching style. Her classes challenge clients to step outside their comfort zones and embrace their strength—especially in those final 10 seconds when it matters most.

    Pilates has supported Laura through three pregnancies and continues to be the foundation of her marathon and triathlon training, helping her remain strong, fit, and injury-free. She’s a passionate advocate for Pilates and brings both real-life experience and technical mastery to every course she delivers.

    Ebony Brown is the passionate founder of Sunroom Pilates & Movement, a boutique wellness studio based in the heart of Broome, Western Australia. Her journey into Pilates began as a teenager during her years competing in high-performance sport, where she was introduced to Pilates as a form of rehabilitation. This early exposure sparked a lifelong commitment to movement, holistic wellness, and empowering others through education and fitness.

    As a Head Educator and Teacher Trainer, Ebony brings a depth of experience and an unwavering belief that movement should be inclusive, uplifting, and accessible for all. Her approach to Pilates education is grounded in real-world application, nurturing confidence and curiosity in every aspiring instructor she teaches.

    Ebony is known for her warm and welcoming energy, and her ability to break down complex ideas into meaningful learning. She is deeply committed to helping instructors grow into compassionate, knowledgeable, and inspiring teachers who make an impact in their own communities.

    As Head Educator for Train Me Education, Tarryn channels her studio experience into training the next generation of instructors. Her students love her approachable yet powerhouse teaching style, gaining the skills, confidence, and real-world know-how to step into any studio and teach with clarity, safety, and impact.

    Tarryn doesn’t just teach Pilates — she creates communities, cultivates confidence, and inspires people to discover what their bodies are truly capable of.

    Welcome Roshelle - Founder and heart behind Pure Pilates NT, where no two workouts are ever the same and boring isn’t in the vocabulary! With a flair for fun and a deep love for movement, Roshelle delivers classes that are creative, high-energy, and just the right kind of spicy.

    Roshelle is a certified Personal Trainer and holds certifications in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Advanced Reformer, Reformer Yin, Barre and Pre & Postnatal Fitness.

    Her sessions blend strength, functional movement, and a big dose of good vibes. Expect to laugh, sweat, and surprise yourself with what your body can do.

    As a busy mum of two, Roshelle understands how important it is to find movement that not only fits into real life—but fuels it. Pilates has supported her through motherhood, and she’s passionate about helping others feel strong, confident, and connected in their bodies, no matter their stage of life.

    She knows life gets hectic—but she’s a firm believer that when you move with purpose and joy, magic happens. Annie is the Owner of Street Pilates in Bayside, Melbourne, a strength-inspired Reformer studio where she helps clients move with purpose and build confidence in their bodies. With a background in Sports Coaching, Gym Training, and Pilates Mentor Programs, Annie understands firsthand the challenges and doubts that come with learning and teaching Pilates.

As the Founder of Train Me Education, Annie’s mission is to help aspiring instructors break through self-doubt, build real-world skills, and step confidently into careers they love. She knows what it feels like to question yourself, compare yourself to others, and wonder if you’re “good enough”, and she’s dedicated to guiding trainers through every hurdle along the way.

Annie believes that teaching Pilates is about more than technique, it’s about helping people feel empowered, confident, and capable. She’s passionate about developing the next generation of instructors who will raise the standard of the Pilates industry, one confident trainer at a time.
