The People Behind The Movement

The Faces
Of Train Me.

Train Me is built by real, active instructors, studio owners and allied health professionals, not academics. These are the people shaping the standard, the educators you may train alongside, and the team keeping the whole movement running.

Annie Counsel

Annie is the owner of Street Pilates in Bayside Melbourne, a strength-inspired reformer studio where clients move with purpose and build real confidence. With a background in sports coaching, gym training and Pilates mentoring, she knows firsthand the doubts that come with learning and teaching Pilates.

As the founder of Train Me, her mission is to help aspiring instructors break through self-doubt, build real-world skills, and step confidently into careers they love. She knows what it feels like to question whether you're good enough, and she's dedicated to guiding trainers through every hurdle.

For Annie, teaching Pilates is about more than technique. It's about developing the next generation of instructors who will raise the standard of the industry, one confident trainer at a time.
