Meet Ally - With over 15 years of experience as a professional dancer and 7+ years as a Pilates instructor, Ally brings unmatched energy, passion, and depth of knowledge to her teaching. After discovering Pilates while living in London, it quickly became more than just a method—it became her purpose.
Now entering her second year as owner of NRG Pilates, Ally has grown her studio to full capacity, recently closing public memberships due to high demand. Her success is paving the way for the launch of her second luxe studio in August 2025.
Ally’s mission is simple: to help people move better, feel better, and build strength and confidence in their bodies. She is known for her vibrant, upbeat teaching style—expect a challenge, a burn, and a whole lot of fun.
Ally is fiercely passionate about understanding the ‘why’ behind movement. She places a strong focus on individualised positioning and creating an inclusive space where every client can thrive, regardless of experience or ability.
As a teacher trainer, Ally is equally committed to educating the next generation of instructors. She mentors with heart, guiding students to become confident, technically strong, and inspiring teachers who truly embody the Pilates method.

Mat Submission 1 - Write 1 x 45-50 minute Session Plan + Film yourself teaching this plan to a minimum of 2 participants
Mat Final Submission - Write 1 x 45-50 minute Session Plan + Film yourself teaching this plan to a minimum of 4 participants making appropriate modifications for Pregnancy and Injury provided by your Educator
Reformer Submission 1 - Write 1 x 45-50 minute Session Plan + Film yourself teaching this plan to a minimum of 2 participants
Reformer Final Submission - Write 1 x 45-50 minute Session Plan + Film yourself teaching this plan to a minimum of 4 participants making appropriate modifications for Pregnancy and Injury provided by your Educator
Spot Testing and Mini Flows may be asked of you during your Face-to-Face Days by your Head Educator
Submission 1 is due 2 weeks from your Final Face-to-Face Day for that Modality
Final Submissions are due 6 weeks from your Final Face-to-Face Day for that Modality

15 Hours Self Practice per Modality (depending on intake)
10 Hours Observation of Qualified Instructors in a Studio Environment
15 Hours Self Mastery per Modality (depending on intake)
The Apprentice Hour Logbook will be due 12 weeks from your first Face-To-Face Day

That’s totally fine, you’ll be given a link to book into your Make Up Session with your Head Educator.
Session Structure & Cost:1 x Full Missed Face-To-Face Day = 2 Hours 1:1 Intensive
Leaving Early or Arriving Late to a Face-To-Face Day = 1 Hour 1:1 Intensive
The Cost is $150.00 per hour
Payments must be made in full upon time of booking, bookings will be available depending on your Head Educators Availability

Yes, you have 10 online Modules to complete and we have allocated roughly 1 week per module. They can be done faster if the time allows.
Online Access will be revoked 12 Weeks from your first Face-to-Face Day
Each Module may come with an attached quiz which needs to be completed to move onto the next Module

All you’ll need to do before your Face-To-Face day is:
Complete Modules 1 & 2 on our Online Portal
Arrange your Manuals (either print yourself or purchase hard copies as an add on)
